I’m a queer, mixed-race (Black, Latin, Native American and White) relational therapist offering holistic, trauma-informed care for individuals, couples, and families. My practice, The Story Within Holistic Therapy, centers QTBIPOC, neurodivergent, and trauma-impacted clients who are unlearning survival strategies, rewriting inherited narratives, and returning to their truth. I integrate depth psychology, narrative therapy, ancestral healing, and psychedelic integration in a space that honors your pace, your story, and your becoming. Whether you’re healing relational wounds, navigating identity, or tending to transitions, I support clients in reconnecting to their body, values, and voice.
