I am a white, queer, non-binary, non-disabled, politicized somatic psychotherapist, dance artist, and touch practitioner living and working on Lenni Lenape land in Philadelphia. I integrate various relational, attachment and psychodynamic approaches with somatic work. Since 2013, I heavily draw from my ever-evolving learning as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, as well as being deeply influenced by my training with Generative Somatics and additional somatic lineages through movement and bodywork. I am invested and practiced in the use of therapeutic touch for trauma recovery/healing and the growing of somatic awareness to support deeper connections to self and others. I continue to study, refine, and marvel in its power. I endlessly geek out about the practices of touch within the many complicated structures and systems it is shaped by.

In addition to one-on-one client work, I assist in the training of clinicians and professionals through the Somatic Experiencing Institute for Trauma and offer consultations for clinicians and touch practitioners working with trauma. Iā€™m also excited to be building more collective and public offerings rooted in practices of politicized embodiment.

I commit to root my work and offerings in anti-oppressive and liberatory visions and actions. I think about clinical practice as a piece of healing justice work that sits within the intersections of both individual and collective change. I deeply care about this work and strive to be in continued community to support one another in the joy and grief of it.

Outside of my private practice, I dance and make creative work with other curious bodies - including my cat while cooking in the kitchen. My garden has been one of my strongest lifelines throughout the past years as well as finding myself by water as much as possible with my loved ones.
