Hello! My name is Liz and I am a white, queer, neurodivergent, non-binary femme person living and working with invisible disabilities on unceded Lenape land in Queens, NY.  I launched my virtual private therapy and integrative coaching practice at the start of COVID, guided by trauma informed, harm reduction, human rights, and neurobiological frameworks and centered around the needs of queer and trans survivors, sex workers, artists, activists, caregivers, and neurodivergent and chronically ill people. It is a great honor to me that the majority of my client referrals are word of mouth from within the communities I serve. I offer an eclectic and empowering model of care that blends attachment based therapy, somatic parts work, mindful self compassion, creative arts, ancestral healing, and spiritual ritual work in genuine partnership with my clients. My relationship and intimacy coaching is enthusiastically polyamory/ENM and kink affirming. I aim to support people to be their most authentic selves, free of shame, and to befriend all their complexity. I currently facilitate a free monthly drop-in sex worker support group, and in the past have created groups with themes of Somatic Parts Work for Gender Expansion, Self Care for Caregivers, and Compassion to Action: Transforming White Shame. I also provide training and consultation to organizations on themes of trauma informed care, LGBTQ+ cultural competency, sex worker health, and burnout prevention for providers. My previous experiences in a gender and sex therapy practice, full spectrum doula work, pleasure-centered sex education, and over a decade of advocating for sex workers and human trafficking survivors in legal and health care settings have helped me develop a deep commitment to the interconnectivity of mind, body, and spirit in our collective healing and liberation.
