L is a black trans neurodivergent polyamorous therapist who currently works at Kindred Therapy, a neurodiversity-affirming private practice. They meet with individuals, couples, polycules, friends, and anyone who shares any of these identities who just wants to meet with someone who "gets it". They use multiple different modalities, their authenticity, understanding, nonjudgmental challenging, and a touch of humor to help people feel seen, connect with their feelings, and find new ways of thinking and moving through life. L really shines in helping people heal through relationships and conflict, understand and navigate ADHD and Autism, explore gender/sexuality, navigate non-monogamy, family difficulties, and trauma. They will be starting their own practice soon, in the hopes of continuing to make therapy accessible for people like them!
