I’m a queer femme, chronically ill and neurodivergent therapist, Deep Listening® facilitator, vibrational essence practitioner, artist, and mystic. I love working with sensitive bodies and people navigating complex trauma and PTSD, emotional neglect and abandonment, chronic illness and pain, neurodivergence, anxiety, OCD, grief, identity, creative process, relationships, and life transitions.
My practice is relational, trauma-informed, anti-racist, anti-capitalist, and LGBTQ+, poly-, kink-, and neurodivergence-affirming. I understand our individual stories as inseparable from the relationships and systems that shape us—including white supremacy and the harms of the mental health industrial complex. I remain committed to examining how these forces have shaped me and my practice, while making space for clients to explore how systems of power live within and around their own lives.
I’m interested in what becomes possible through slowness, relationship-building, dreaming, and the focused use of awareness and attention. What happens when we listen to the entirety of ourselves—to our many parts, our bodies, our histories, our ancestral stories? Drawing from psychodynamic and experiential therapy, Internal Family Systems, somatics, herbalism, and Deep Listening®, I invite curiosity toward the body, imagination, and the more-than-human world. For clients who feel drawn, we can weave flower essences into our work to support emotional, energetic, creative, and transitional processes. Our work might also make space for mindfulness, dreams, sound, movement, divination, astrology, ritual, and other ways of knowing.
I’m especially drawn to working with artists, mystics, magicians (and those who aspire to be). I hope our work can cultivate connection, compassion, self-trust, and a sense of prismatic possibility—for ourselves, our communities, and the worlds we can collectively dream into being.
