Hi, I’m Elizabeth. By nature, I am curious, and I enjoy hearing all experiences of our shared time on this planet. By training, I am a licensed social worker, therapist and creative professional. I am the third generation of my family born in Manhattan and residing in Lenapehoking.
Although I collaborate with clients from all backgrounds and life experiences, I’m often a good fit for queer and trans people, people with concerns around identity and aging, as well as artists and performers. I have deep experience working with those affected by substance and behavioral addictions (we co-create harm reduction and abstinence goals) and I am passionate about working with those experiencing pregnancy loss, birth challenges, medical trauma with conception and childlessness-not-by-choice.
My training includes psychodynamic theory, CBT, and AEDP (I am level 1 certified in this trauma processing modality) and I practice through MTZ Counseling in Tribeca, Manhattan.
