Hi there, my name is Dani Sullivan. I am a non-binary and neuroqueer human practicing embodiment and connection as a clinical social worker, therapist, and educator.

My therapy and coaching practice works to center the needs of people in marginalized bodies and identities while practicing from a non-pathologizing perspective. I hope to interrupt systems of oppression including racism, ablism, transphobia, homophobia, capitalism, discrimination and stigma through my therapeutic and education work.

Drawing from many healing modalities, I practice client centered and trauma informed somatic therapy. I honor that my clients are the experts of their own experience, and I believe that therapy is a gathering of imperfect humans navigating the complex world together. I pull heavily from the Neuro-Affective Relational Model, Somatic Mindfulness, and identity work through the lens of intersectional feminism.

I am passionate about embracing self-acceptance and attuning to the most vulnerable parts of self with radical compassion, non-judgement, and dignity. My roots as a social worker are in storytelling, community organizing, and restorative justice, and I am passionate about teaching self-healing and relationship-healing for collective liberation.

As a white queer and trans person with chronic and invisible illness, I embody and explore the layers of complex human experience with sensitivity and love. My work seeks to challenge narratives of division, separation, fear and hopelessness by holding space for neurodivergent queer people to embrace the fullness of their identity, expression and experience.
