I am a white, queer, trans therapist living with chronic illness in Northern VT (unceded Abenaki land). My work is rooted in the recognition that we all exist within the context of oppressive systems, and that the individual work of therapy can be a transformative tool to support us to be better members of our communities. My goal in therapy is to create a collaborative space in which to rework patterned behaviour and experience new ways of relating.
I particularly enjoy working with queer, trans and neurodivergent people, relationship configurations of all kinds, and people at any stage of the perinatal process. My practice is centered in providing trauma-informed therapy, drawing on many theoretical frameworks including psychodynamic, narrative, and somatic work.
Outside of my work, I enjoy working with my hands on projects that have a clear beginning and end. I love intricate baking projects, gardening, knitting, and ceramics, and much of my free time recently has been spent learning about herbal medicine.
