I am a Black, Queer, Femme-presenting mom. I offer trauma-informed integrative therapy grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), supporting clients in healing with care, curiosity, and respect for the wisdom of their bodies.
At my core, I am a person in a body who understands the impact of both individual and collective trauma. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, in transition, ready for growth, and in need of balance and accountability. I also have opportunities to savor experiences of healing and joy. This lived knowing, alongside over a decade of clinical experience and training, allows me to collaborate with clients to create flexible, responsive treatment that meets their current needs and experiences.
I partner with clients based in New York and Connecticut, with a particular focus on supporting BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color), women, and people of diverse sexual orientations and gender experiences. My work is sex-positive, kink-aware, and affirming of nonmonogamous relationships.
The KTC Embodied Private Practice Cohort feels especially meaningful to me because it honors that I am at the center of my practice. I hope it continues to support my attunement to my whole self as I pursue wellness and sustainability as a clinician, business owner, and person in a body.
I accept self-pay clients and the following insurance plans: Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, and Optum/UHC. You can connect to me via my website: allpartspsychotherapy.com.
