I am a black, trans, queer, and neuroqueer integrative Psychotherapist and Founder of Down to Earth Therapy LLC, which serves individuals in the NY / NJ area. My clinical work focuses primarily on providing affirming, evidence-based care to gender and sexual minorities (i.e. TGNB, LGBTQ+, poly/CNM, and kink), racially marginalized, chronically ill, and neuroqueer communities. I work from an holistically-empowering, anti-oppressive perspective - weaving together elements of cognitive-behavioral (CBT/DBT), somatic, and mindfulness-based modalities. Outside of work, I am a New Yorker born and raised in The Bronx, a nature enthusiast, Buddhist Eco-Chaplain, parent of two teens, and a decent indoor gardener.
